The Miracle of the Motivation to Start

This morning I woke up at 7:00 am. Laid in my comfy warm bed and looked outside to the rainy cold morning. Today was supposed to be my long run. But as I laid there, my mind was coming up with one excuse after another not to go out and run. It was easier to reach over and grab my iPhone then to get up and put on my running shoes. I got on Instagram and checked out all the great pictures my followers are sharing.
